My name is Indy

I am a 175-year-old living document—the Constitution of Indiana. I was born to 150 men on a hot summer day in a dark, cramped, sweaty room. While I was forged in 1851, I am far from static; I have been amended and shaped over the years—most notably in 1881—to keep pace with the people I represent.

Though my origins are in history, my mission is the future of our state. I am here to teach you about civics, advocate for the rights of all Hoosiers, and scold the politicians who forget that, ultimately, all authority lies within.

I’m not just a document; I’m a satirical persona here to hold power to account. Join me as I navigate the modern political landscape and fight for the Indiana we deserve.
